The Feedback Loop

Ideally formal feedback would invovle an in-person interview where we cover the following:

• Brief overview of The Network.
• Review of the features (what you can do on The Network), where you try to complete each task and we note down any difficulties or confusion
• A conversation to gain insights into what works, what doesn't, how to improve, what else you'd like to see included.

In addition to the formal process, and direct feedback to the creator, you can always raise any kind of feedback at any time.
