The Network is in MVP (minimum viable product) stage, and there are a core set of features which are being refined daily.
The Network is an experiment which involves an online community, with actions driven by the concept of 'reputation', 'karma' or 'social credit'.
You can think of TheNetwork as a cross between LinkedIn (a network for your professional identity) and StackOverflow (a community driven by reputation gained through positive behaviour).
Explore our features:
No need to register with a seperate username and password.
Google handles the responsibility of security for your authentication. Because we never store or handle your passwords, hackers simply won't be able to obtain through our site.
No sign-up forms! You're ready to go as soon as you log-in.
View basic profile info, including reputation. View and edit your public profile info, and view your feelings over time.
Update your permission preferences. You can control who can see your data. You, friends, logged in users, or the public.
See your freinds, and wave at them. A wave gives the reciever 1 reputation point (this is just a sample of the reputation system for demonstration purposes).
List the places you've worked before ( projects and who you worked with will follow, along with company feedback).
Record how you're feeling right now, and see how The Network feels too. The feelings wall shows all the feelings on a big emoji wall.
